This Viking grill rotisserie expertly cooks poultry and roasts to the perfect golden brown color with flavorful crust and moist interior. The sturdy rotisserie motor sits outside the grill and is completely sealed for the interior components so that heat remains inside. A thick 1/2” metal rod holds several roasts at one time.
